Tracy L. Gray is an educator and entrepreneur who is celebrated for her creativity and leadership in advancing inclusivity and innovation in S.T.E.A.M. (science, technology, engineering, art, and math) education. Ms. Gray has built an internationally recognized organization dedicated to increasing opportunities for underrepresented communities in S.T.E.A.M., fostering transformative learning experiences, and reshaping global narratives.​​

Throughout her extensive career, Tracy L. Gray has shared her expertise in 21st Century Learning with educators and students across diverse locations, spanning Connecticut, California, Michigan, Ohio, New York, China, Ghana, Nigeria, and Germany. A dynamic TEDx speaker and sought-after global consultant, Ms. Gray is a proven leader with a record of designing and implementing groundbreaking educational programs and events. ​

Ms. Gray founded the nonprofit organization, Sankofa Global Project, Inc., in 2013 for teaching and learning by developing S.T.E.A.M. education programs and curricula. Sankofa Global Project joined the Council on Women and Girls and the My Brother’s Keeper Alliance at President Obama’s I Have a Dream Workshop on Inclusive Youth Entrepreneurship. The White House officially recognized the Sankofa Global Project’s programs' dedication to expanding STEM Learning nationwide. Under her leadership, Sankofa Global Project has become a leader in engaging students and communities through visionary programming that bridges education, technology, and cultural empowerment. ​​

Tracy L. Gray has dual Master of Science Degrees in Early Childhood Education and General Education from Bank Street College of Education. Ms. Gray is an HSBI Bielefeld University of Applied Sciences adjunct instructor, teaching first- and second-year early childhood education students. Ms. Gray is an annual guest lecturer every May at HSBI Bielefeld's International Week in Germany. She has been an adjunct instructor in the Teacher Education Department at Borough of Manhattan Community College and Brooklyn College’s Teacher Education Department. ​

Tracy is a former Board Member for Silicon Valley-based nonprofit, Science is Elementary, an Educational Filmmaker, and Principal Consultant for the LeiLyn Group. At the helm of the LeiLyn Group, she spearheads the establishment of virtual and in-person professional development programs for educational institutions, non-profits, and community-based workforce development initiatives. ‍
