Tracy Gray is a Tech Ed Consultant, an Adjunct Professor at the Borough of Manhattan Community College, a Principal Consultant for the i3 Institute, and
an Academic Advisor for The Center of Gravity. Ms. Gray is Founder and President of The Sankofa Global Project with the mission to increase the number of women and people of color in science, technology, engineering, art, and math through the development of S.T.E.A.M. education programs and curricula. Tracy has been sought after to share her expertise for 21st Century Learning with thousands of educators and students in Connecticut, California, Michigan, Ohio, New York, China (Fuzhou and Yiwu) and Nigeria (Lagos). In her commitment to advance 21st century teaching and learning competency skills, Ms. Gray joined the Council on Women and Girls and the My Brother’s Keeper Alliance at President Obama’s 2016 I Have a Dream Workshop on Inclusive Youth Entrepreneurship. The White House recognized the Sankofa Global Project’s programs in the official release of the White House Fact Sheet as an organization committed to expanding STEM Learning for students nationwide. Tracy was nominated, and subsequently attended, South by South Lawn, a White House festival of ideas, art, and action. Tracy is to extending her own education development as she examines cognitive development, education programs and policy on a global scale.
